Also we do not rely solely on imports, we have many suppliers in our portfolio with many from the UK this allows us to provide the very best in oak, pine or painted furniture and also the ability to provide made to measure items too.

“Very happy with my purchase of a nest of tables. Easy website to order from. Ordered last night and collected this morning from Salisbury branch. “Good quality furniture at reasonable prices . The staff are very friendly and helpful . Have always used this company to furnish our houses ( just moved ) and only once had any issues which was dealt with and rectified efficiently . Just had to travel to Salisbury Showroom as Southampton is now closed but worth the effort .”

“I just wanted to take this opportunity to give recognition to the team at World of Furniture Salisbury for what I describe as DELIVERING GREAT SERVICE. Earlier today the delivery team arrived to deliver some new bedroom furniture, they telephoned 30mins beforehand just to give me a heads up. Paul and his colleague were so friendly & accommodating and brought to my attention an unfortunate bit of damage on one piece of furniture (it happens). I agreed to hold on to the piece in question until a replacement item was obtained. 20 minutes later the showroom called to say they had loaded a new replacement and that it was already on its way. I have used World of Furniture for many years now and can assure any third party reading this, that this level of personal service is obviously very much part of their business culture.”

“Outstanding customer service. Delivery team arrived as planned, phoning 30 mins before with eta. Team had excellent product knowledge. They took good care of the new furniture as they off loaded and assembled the large heavy table, being respectful to our property at the same time. I can't recommend enough.”

“Very helpful measuring my Skoda Karoq to make sure 3 drawer/cupboard chest would fit in my vehicle. It did with little room to spare, they loaded it for me, great service. The unpacking when I reached home was a real pleasure. The Manufacturers had designed the packing just as well as they had designed the unit. There was no chance of damage but the unpacking process was the easiest I can ever remember. It took minutes to unpack, move into position and attach the cupboard door knobs. One very delighted customer.”

“Having been let down by Oak Furniture Land who say they couldn't get a wardrobe up my stairs because they are not allowed to take it out of the box, I turned to A World Of Furniture. They were able to offer equal quality Oak wardrobes (2), tall bedside lockers (2) and a 7 drawer chest at £400 cheaper. Not only cheaper, but they delivered for the same price price but included delivery to the room in sections and final assembly. I only ordered today and am waiting for delivery, but I am confident I will be treated much more realistically than their rivals OFL who wouldn't even take it out of the box to get it up my stairs.”
