Our website is continually growing to and unlike many of our competitors, we are backed up by over 20 years of knowledge, over 120,000 square feet of warehousing and some of the largest oak and pine showrooms in the UK. Also we do not rely solely on imports, we have many suppliers in our portfolio with many from the UK this allows us to provide the very best in oak, pine or painted furniture and also the ability to provide made to measure items too.

“We have had a very plesent and positive experience shopping in the Blandford Store on many occasions where the staff are friendly and helpful but not pushy which we appreciate ( there's nothing worse than a salesperson breathing down your neck) This time we were able to deal with one salesman throughout the process which went over a few weeks while we were deciding on what we wanted, John went over and above what we expected to help us, he supplied us with quotes and information via emails (he always responded very quickly too) we have had a number of visits to store and a few phone calls before we made up our minds about what we wanted, every time he and his colleagues have been very helpful. We placed our order yesterday and John made sure the order was correct for us and explained the delivery process once our furniture is ready We then wanted to add another item which he helped us find in the store and added to our order once we had checked measurements on returning home Thank you Blandford World Of Furniture and staff”

At present, we focus on providing a premium delivery experience to customers within the regions surrounding our physical stores. We choose not to use third-party couriers for our furniture, as we feel their handling and delivery standards often fall below the level of service we’re committed to providing. If you’d be happy to let us know which chair you’re interested in, we’d be more than willing to see whether there is an authorised retailer closer to you who may be able to assist with delivery. “Customer service excellent. No sales patter but available for advice etc. Good price for high quality furniture. The purchase is being stored by them free of charge until I’m ready for them to deliver. Really impressed with choice and uniqueness of goods in this superstore”

“A well stocked showroom and friendly staff at the Salisbury store. Parking is also easy and Owain even carried my purchase to my car. We are so pleased with the Surya Mango side table that we will be buying another piece of furniture soon!”

“Went to the Salisbury store and chose a chest which was in the sale at a great price. We had to go home to measure up. Called today 8/1 and spoke to Lennon who couldn't have been more helpful. He placed the order took payment and emailed my receipt over within a few minutes. Great service, I'm really looking forward to receiving the item it looks really good quality and just what I was looking for. Wish I'd discovered this place before.”
