Our website is continually growing to and unlike many of our competitors, we are backed up by over 20 years of knowledge, over 120,000 square feet of warehousing and some of the largest oak and pine showrooms in the UK. Also we do not rely solely on imports, we have many suppliers in our portfolio with many from the UK this allows us to provide the very best in oak, pine or painted furniture and also the ability to provide made to measure items too.

“I picked my furniture back in January but I was waiting for my house sale to go through so did not want to pay for it in case it fell through. John at A world of furniture said no problem just leave a deposit and pay in completion and if it does not go ahead I could get my deposit back. Such a wonderful thing to do for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Luckily my sale went through and I have now paid for the furniture. Thank you very much for being such a great company and allowing that. I will certainly shop with you again.”

“Being an impulse buyer, I browsed on-line for furniture I wanted on their web page. Found what I wanted and went to the Salisbury store that day. The shop looked fantastic and I was approached immediately by a member of staff. I explained what I wanted and he took me straight to the items layed out in a stylish and easy to view warehouse. After answering my questions fully and checking stock, I decided to buy 3 pieces of bedroom furniture. Delivery was not a problem either, as he went out of his way to get another colleague and said he could deliver within the hour. From walking into the shop and admiring my new purchases in place at home took no longer than 3 hours. Definitely my new go to place for impulse buying .”

“Blandford world of Furniture We are very happy with our new dining table and benches. They look lovely in situ. The staff in the store were helpful but not pushy in anyway. The delivery and installation was within predicted timescales and was seamless. We have brought other items of furniture in the past and would recommend.”

“Our sofas and chair were delivered yesterday. Very pleased with the furniture. The delivery men were very pleasant and efficient. They even helped my husband take one of our old sofas out of our lounge and into our garage. The service by the store has been very friendly and helpful.”

“Lovely large showroom, so much to choose ! Very happy with the service, the staff are so friendly and helpful. When they delivered the furniture, we changed our minds on one of the armchairs,(our fault we chose different ones) and they were so understanding, just loaded it back on the van, and said another one will be delivered no charge no problem.”

“We are over the moon with the furniture we have purchased from A World of Furniture. The quality is excellent and very good value for the cost. Their customer service is second to none, the staff couldn't be more helpful. The delivery arrived on time & was seamless, the staff very professional. “We bought a single chair over the Christmas period, and took it straight away from the store. Unfortunately it was missing the bolts to add the legs, and as we live some way away returning to pick them up would be tricky; but on calling the shop they were only too happy to post them on straightaway, and my daughter is very pleased with her new chair. This sort of service is what makes the difference - thanks!”
