Our website is continually growing to and unlike many of our competitors, we are backed up by over 20 years of knowledge, over 120,000 square feet of warehousing and some of the largest oak and pine showrooms in the UK. Also we do not rely solely on imports, we have many suppliers in our portfolio with many from the UK this allows us to provide the very best in oak, pine or painted furniture and also the ability to provide made to measure items too.

“Spent time searching the website and attempted to order but the company doesn't deliver out with a certain area. That's fine and will make sense in their marketing sphere. The question is, why have a www page if you only deliver to a local area? Or why not be up front and have in bold that you confine your custom to a small area. Feels like a low level virus aimed at wasting people's time. Also, I didn't sign up to anything so surprised to get a welcome email. How does providing my email confirm my review is genuine, odd reasoning and sounds iffy.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find the perfect chair, only to discover we’re unable to deliver to your area. At present, we focus on providing a premium delivery experience to customers within the regions surrounding our physical stores. We choose not to use third-party couriers for our furniture, as we feel their handling and delivery standards often fall below the level of service we’re committed to providing. If you’d be happy to let us know which chair you’re interested in, we’d be more than willing to see whether there is an authorised retailer closer to you who may be able to assist with delivery. “Staff about as happy as dog going for his knackers off. Don’t know why they’re like this, we were ignore before so thought maybe they’re just busy. Even on dead day only customer they look morbid. Maybe it’s because I’m not rich or buying a £3k sofa but i wipe my backside the same as them.”
