Our website is continually growing to and unlike many of our competitors, we are backed up by over 20 years of knowledge, over 120,000 square feet of warehousing and some of the largest oak and pine showrooms in the UK. Also we do not rely solely on imports, we have many suppliers in our portfolio with many from the UK this allows us to provide the very best in oak, pine or painted furniture and also the ability to provide made to measure items too.

“I cannot recommend the Southampton store more highly, customer service at its very best. The staff in store could not have been more helpful, but not intrusive, knowledgeable about the products too. My furniture was delivered exactly when it was expected. Two very cheerful and helpful members of staff put the furniture exactly where I wanted it, excellent service from beginning to end.”

“I would give the Blandford store more than 5 stars if I could. From the very start they have been so helpful and informative and everything has been done with a smile. We bought furniture for 2 bedrooms and they have been absolutely true to their word at every step. The furniture arrived well within the given lead times and it was all delivered today smoothly and quickly with smiles. I have been so impressed by the whole experience that I whole heartedly recommend the Blandford store and team to everyone. I have already started telling me friends that is where they should always go. Thank you team, good old fashioned customer service is so rare these days and you excel at it!”

“A very professional company and everything was spot on. Firstly, when we visited the store, the staff were very helpful without being pushy in any way and the showroom was tidy and well organised. They all seemed well informed and just the simple provision of tape measures and paper/ pens etc. shows attention to detail and that they care about the Customers experience. The sofas we bought were well priced and delivered on time. We did have a very minor problem, that was dealt with promptly and professionally by Mr Eade. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone, or indeed using them again when my wife finds something else that we 'need'. Very many thanks to you all, and particularly to Kev Eade for his exceptional after sales service.”

“We popped into the blandford store to have a browse on bedroom furniture where we met Ben the store manager. He was very helpful from the start and showed us the various ranges and what was available but was in no way pushy for a sale he also pushed delivery date back by 3 weeks as we still had to finish re dec in the broom and was waiting on carpet etc to be installed. We ended up ordering a king double bed mattress two bedside units a chest or drawers and a triple wardrobe. When the guys turned up to deliver they were very polite and helpful we showed them the room and gave them a rough outline on what was going where etc and left them to carry on, they expertly carried everything up our hideous set of stairs showing so much care of the walls etc they even wore overshoes to protect carpet etc They left us feeling very satisfied with the service we had recieved and everything has been built to perfection We will not hesitate to re visit when we need more for the other rooms of the house Many thanks Ben and team from blandford store”

“I picked my furniture back in January but I was waiting for my house sale to go through so did not want to pay for it in case it fell through. John at A world of furniture said no problem just leave a deposit and pay in completion and if it does not go ahead I could get my deposit back. Such a wonderful thing to do for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Luckily my sale went through and I have now paid for the furniture. Thank you very much for being such a great company and allowing that. I will certainly shop with you again.”

“Being an impulse buyer, I browsed on-line for furniture I wanted on their web page. Found what I wanted and went to the Salisbury store that day. The shop looked fantastic and I was approached immediately by a member of staff. I explained what I wanted and he took me straight to the items layed out in a stylish and easy to view warehouse. After answering my questions fully and checking stock, I decided to buy 3 pieces of bedroom furniture. Delivery was not a problem either, as he went out of his way to get another colleague and said he could deliver within the hour. From walking into the shop and admiring my new purchases in place at home took no longer than 3 hours. Definitely my new go to place for impulse buying .”
