Our website is continually growing to and unlike many of our competitors, we are backed up by over 20 years of knowledge, over 120,000 square feet of warehousing and some of the largest oak and pine showrooms in the UK. Also we do not rely solely on imports, we have many suppliers in our portfolio with many from the UK this allows us to provide the very best in oak, pine or painted furniture and also the ability to provide made to measure items too.

“Browsing around the shop in Blandford Forum, Barry was asked by us about a small cubhoard. He showed us what we where looking for. He didn’t have one in stock but said he could order us one.ordered one, Has we just popped in too look around, my wife and l didn’t have any money on either of us. He said he could write the order out, and if we came in to pay it tomorrow he would send the order off. When we went in the next day, my wife said she was really looking for a different type and described it too him. He said come with me and took us to a store room, and said is this what you really want. My wife said it’s perfect. Barry said come back in your own time and l shall package it ready for you. We finished our walk, and l went back with the car. I payed for it. Barry put it in the car boot and l took it home.”

“Having moved to the counrtyside our 'modern' look dining set didn't fit with our new surroundings. As we entered the Blandford Store we were faced with a fabulous Wessex Oak dining table and our search was immediately over! (You know when it's right, it's right) John was really helpful, taking time to explain how to remove the centre leaf extensions and future in house care of this lovely furniture. Order placed and delivery arranged on a day that suited us, we left very,very pleased. Earlier than expected on the delivery day, a phone call was received letting us know they were on the way. The Table, 5 Cathedral chairs and Bench were brought in and protective pads placed on to each leg to protect our flooring (A nice touch and makes moving any item smooth and easy) Wow, does it look good now it's in and the quality is second to none. We are so so impressed with the service and dining set. (So much so we went in yesterday and purchased two spare cathedral chairs for when we have larger get togethers) Highly recommend John our salesperson, Seb (delivery) and the team at the Blandford Store and 'A World Of Furniture' for their range of quality oak furniture!”

“Dorset light oak wardrobe, 2x3 chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Looked at items online, phoned up the Salisbury store on Friday the items were in stock and amazingly I was able to get them delivered on Monday. I cannot speak highly enough of this service. The furniture is as photographed and described and is to my mind really great quality. I spoke to 2 people in store, initially to discuss the items chosen and later phoned back to order, both representatives were polite and informative. The delivery men were extremely affable and efficient in building the furniture. All round a fantastic service and I’ll definitely be recommending the firm.”

“We visited both Blandford and Poole stores and were made to feel very welcome. Lots of choice and variety in store and we were delighted to obtain goods from stock. We have since returned to the shop and will be recommending it to others.”

“Had a delivery on Weds 19th of a complete beds and Kingsize mattress. Once again fantastic service and price/ quality. This is the second time we have purchased items from this company and are happy to say that we will purchase further items in the future.”

“Brilliant customer service, having bought a number of items in the last 2 weeks at the Blandford store , I found the staff helpful, patient and friendly . The dining chairs and other items bought are of great quality and value for money. Very happy with the products and recommend this store.”
