A very professional company and everything was spot on. Firstly, when we visited the store, the staff were very helpful without being pushy in any way and the showroom was tidy and well organised. They all seemed well informed and just the simple provision of tape measures and paper/ pens etc. shows attention to detail and that they care about the Customers experience. The sofas we bought were well priced and delivered on time. We did have a very minor problem, that was dealt with promptly and professionally by Mr Eade. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone, or indeed using them again when my wife finds something else that we 'need'.
