“Yes, the order was placed and paid for on 4th April, and your acknowledgement included a charge of £2.95 for 2nd class Royal Mail delivery. Your e-mail of 10th April stated that the order had been sent. On 17th April, I e-mailed as follows: "Hello, It's now the 17th April (7 days after your e-mail) and a package has not yet arrived in the post! (Second class mail can be slow, but not usually this slow.) . . " Even if production took a full 5 working days, 20 days have passed, and Royal Mail are not holding a package.”

“On 4th April 2019 an e-mailed stated that my order had been sent by 2nd Class mail (having paid by Pay Pal.) Today is the 25th, and nothing has arrived. Despite two e-mails (both ignored) and a call to their offices (voicemail) there is no response. Please note: Their 0333 number "is a special phone number that cannot be associated with any geographical location." Similar reviews suggest a fraudulent company that ought to be investigated.”

Hi Michael, thank you for your review. You actually placed your order on the 4th April and the production time for this item was 3-5 working days. Your order was dispatched on the 10th April by 2nd class post. We have to allow 10 working days for Royal Mail to deliver a non tracked parcel before we can assume that it has been lost. It hasn't been returned back to us so it may be worth checking with your local sorting office to see if it has been returned back to them. If they aren't holding it for you please let us know and we can send an urgent replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“Hi, I ordered a cushion cover (personalised) - Order ref: 68046/010419/59 at end of March and I had an email saying it had been dispatched 5th April 19, but I have still not received it. I have sent 3 emails and left a voicemail with your company but still no response. I have just looked at TrustPilot and found that there are several other people experiencing the same problem. Please could you come back to me and resend my item as it is for a Birthday present, and you already have my money. Otherwise, please refund me in full. Many thanks.”

“Order reference - 68483/160419/58 Have sent 2 emails to enquire about my item - no response at all. Appalling customer service. It is only a week since I ordered but as their website says that the items will be produced the next working day and then sent first class (as I have paid for), I see no reason why my item wouldn't have reached me yet. Having seen all these poor reviews, I now fear this company is either fraudulent, or at best, hopelessly disorganised. There is no way so many items can get 'in the lost in the post' - it's laughable. I would still like to receive my item please as I bought it for my niece whose birthday was today (and I had to disappoint - thanks for that) Please respond to my email.”

“Reference: 68049/010419/55 Unfortunately no stars wasn’t an option so had to select one star which is one star too many . Placed an order on 1st April. In Production email on 2nd April. Money taken from my bank on 3rd April. As of late afternoon on 23rd still no goods. Tried to contact this company by all methods to try and resolve but sadly no response to emails, voicemail messages and no answer from their end via telephone. It is the sellers responsibility to ensure I receive my goods. This is not the responsibility of Royal Mail as my contract is with A Little Bit Special. They are in breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I will be pursuing action to get my money back as this is classed as theft. I am also reporting this company to Trading Standards as well as other avenues now open to consumers to protect them.”

Hi Brenda, your order was dispatched on the 5th April by 2nd class post. As this isn't a tracked service we have to allow Royal Mail 10 working days to deliver before we can issue a replacement, this is advised on our delivery page. I can confirm that we have now issued the replacement and this will be with you before the end of the week. This was also advised to you by email earlier today.

“Reference 67873/260319/42 Terrible terrible terrible. Like the other reviews, my order was 'lost' in the post. This is clearly a scam with this many similar reviews. I assume the positive reviews are all fake or paid reviews. Do not trust this dishonest company. I've emailed several times and phoned about 10 times. No Answer on any occasion. Was apparently posted first class on the 30th March. Been well over 10 working days and nothing has been done about it.”

Hi Stuart, your order was dispatched on the 1st April by 1st class post. We replied to your email of the 9th April and advised that we had to allow 10 working days for a non tracked item to be delivered before we could issue a replacement so if you hadn't received it by the 12th April to let us know. This is also advised on our delivery page. To date this is the only other notification that we have received from you. I have passed your order back through to production for an urgent replacement to be sent. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“This company should not be trusted. I bought a birthday present for my 3 year old nephew, it was despatched on the 11th April and I'm yet to receive it. I have tried calling, leaving voice mail and emailing with no response. This company hide behind Royal mail for their poor service. Taking people's money and not proving them with the goods they have purchased is theft and I will be contacting my bank and trading standards to report them.”

“I ordered a personalised toy bag and christening candle on the 3rd April as a present and have still not received my order despite it being dispatched!! I have sent two emails which have not been replied to, contacted the company via PayPal and left a voicemail. Customer service is awful! I am so disappointed with this service as is the little boy who did not receive his present.”

HI Sally, we sent an email to you on the 10th April advising you that as your order was dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class post it isn't tracked therefore we have to allow them 10 working days to deliver before we can assume that it has been lost. If you still haven't received your order by the 23rd April please let us know and we can issue an urgent reprint. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“Order placed 26th march. E-mail received 1st April to say order despatched. To date (18th April) order not received. I have sent 3 emails and left 2 voice mails but no response. I am very disappointed with this company's service.”

Hi Frances, we emailed you on April the 5th to advise you that as your order was dispatched on the 1st April by 1st class post we were unable to track it. As it's a non-tracked service we have to allow Royal Mail 10 working days to deliver it before we can assume that it has been lost. We also stated that if you hadn't received it by the 12th April to let us know and we would issue an urgent replacement. This notification appears to be the first we have heard since our reply. Having said that we will now pass your order back through to production for an urgent replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“Placed an order for a personalised passport case and I have not yet received it. The order was placed on 19 March and although i have sent emails and have also contacted the number provided, no response has been received. Absolutely disgusting customer service, it was I purchased was a present and now i have to look for an alternative due to the delay. Can you urgently look into this and either post the item or give the full refund.”

“Ordered on 25th March.... still not received anything. Company has stopped responding to my emails and not answering any calls. Sounds like a very common complaint. Do not use this company, chances are... you wont receive your order.”

Hi Nicole, we have replied to your emails. We dispatched your order on the 28th of December and unless we hear from a customer we cannot track whether an order has been received. It has taken you over 2 months to let us know that you haven't received your order. Now you have let us know we are now waiting on you to tell us if you would like a refund or a full refund. As soon as we hear from you we will action your request immediately

“Looks like I'm not the only one with a very disappointing experience buying from this company. I ordered a personalised photo frame and got sent out the example one online. I struggled to get through to any kind of customer service member after just being constantly ignored. Finally they sent out the photo frame with the correct personalisation. I've had no apology or any kind of good will gesture for all the hassle, I don't even get a reply to my emails. The frame was delivered after Christmas because of there mess up! It's unacceptable but looks like they've messed up everyone's orders this Christmas...how disgusting! Your customer service team are a disgrace. I wouldn't recommend any one to buy from this website!!! You don't even deserve one star!”

“I ordered a personalised gift off of my 7 year old’s ‘list’ on the 6th December and delivery times advised I should have it on or around the 12th. The product was only dispatched on the 19th by second class post, following me chasing the product on the 16th, 17th and 18th; and numerous failed phone calls. The product has eventually turned up on the 3rd January. Luckily was able to source an alternative product and have it engraved which has cost me an additional £30.”
