(Second class mail can be slow, but not usually this slow.) . . "
Even if production took a full 5 working days, 20 days have passed, and Royal Mail are not holding a package."
"On 4th April 2019 an e-mailed stated that my order had been sent by 2nd Class mail (having paid by Pay Pal.) Today is the 25th, and nothing has arrived. Despite two e-mails (both ignored) and a call to their offices (voicemail) there is no response.
Please note: Their 0333 number "is a special phone number that cannot be associated with any geographical location."

Hi Michael, thank you for your review. You actually placed your order on the 4th April and the production time for this item was 3-5 working days. Your order was dispatched on the 10th April by 2nd class post. We have to allow 10 working days for Royal Mail to deliver a non tracked parcel before we can assume that it has been lost. It hasn't been returned back to us so it may be worth checking with your local sorting office to see if it has been returned back to them. If they aren't holding it for you please let us know and we can send an urgent replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Have sent 2 emails to enquire about my item - no response at all. Appalling customer service. It is only a week since I ordered but as their website says that the items will be produced the next working day and then sent first class (as I have paid for), I see no reason why my item wouldn't have reached me yet. Having seen all these poor reviews, I now fear this company is either fraudulent, or at best, hopelessly disorganised. There is no way so many items can get 'in the lost in the post' - it's laughable.

As of late afternoon on 23rd still no goods.
Tried to contact this company by all methods to try and resolve but sadly no response to emails, voicemail messages and no answer from their end via telephone.
It is the sellers responsibility to ensure I receive my goods. This is not the responsibility of Royal Mail as my contract is with A Little Bit Special. They are in breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I will be pursuing action to get my money back as this is classed as theft. I am also reporting this company to Trading Standards as well as other avenues now open to consumers to protect them."
Hi Brenda, your order was dispatched on the 5th April by 2nd class post. As this isn't a tracked service we have to allow Royal Mail 10 working days to deliver before we can issue a replacement, this is advised on our delivery page. I can confirm that we have now issued the replacement and this will be with you before the end of the week. This was also advised to you by email earlier today.
Terrible terrible terrible. Like the other reviews, my order was 'lost' in the post. This is clearly a scam with this many similar reviews. I assume the positive reviews are all fake or paid reviews. Do not trust this dishonest company.

We replied to your email of the 9th April and advised that we had to allow 10 working days for a non tracked item to be delivered before we could issue a replacement so if you hadn't received it by the 12th April to let us know. "This company should not be trusted. I bought a birthday present for my 3 year old nephew, it was despatched on the 11th April and I'm yet to receive it. It has taken you over 2 months to let us know that you haven't received your order. Now you have let us know we are now waiting on you to tell us if you would like a refund or a full refund. "Looks like I'm not the only one with a very disappointing experience buying from this company. I ordered a personalised photo frame and got sent out the example one online. I struggled to get through to any kind of customer service member after just being constantly ignored. Finally they sent out the photo frame with the correct personalisation. I've had no apology or any kind of good will gesture for all the hassle, I don't even get a reply to my emails. The frame was delivered after Christmas because of there mess up! "I ordered a personalised gift off of my 7 year old’s ‘list’ on the 6th December and delivery times advised I should have it on or around the 12th.
The product was only dispatched on the 19th by second class post, following me chasing the product on the 16th, 17th and 18th; and numerous failed phone calls. The product has eventually turned up on the 3rd January.
Luckily was able to source an alternative product and have it engraved which has cost me an additional £30."
