Yes, the order was placed and paid for on 4th April, and your acknowledgement included a charge of £2.95 for 2nd class Royal Mail delivery. Your e-mail of 10th April stated that the order had been sent.
On 17th April, I e-mailed as follows: "Hello, It's now the 17th April (7 days after your e-mail) and a package has not yet arrived in the post!
(Second class mail can be slow, but not usually this slow.) . . "
Even if production took a full 5 working days, 20 days have passed, and Royal Mail are not holding a package.
