Reference: 68049/010419/55 Unfortunately no stars wasn’t an option so had to select one star which is one star too many . Placed an order on 1st April. In Production email on 2nd April. Money taken from my bank on 3rd April. As of late afternoon on 23rd still no goods. Tried to contact this company by all methods to try and resolve but sadly no response to emails, voicemail messages and no answer from their end via telephone. It is the sellers responsibility to ensure I receive my goods. This is not the responsibility of Royal Mail as my contract is with A Little Bit Special. They are in breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I will be pursuing action to get my money back as this is classed as theft. I am also reporting this company to Trading Standards as well as other avenues now open to consumers to protect them.
