I ordered a personalised toy bag and christening candle on the 3rd April as a present and have still not received my order despite it being dispatched!! I have sent two emails which have not been replied to, contacted the company via PayPal and left a voicemail. Customer service is awful! I am so disappointed with this service as is the little boy who did not receive his present.
