This company should not be trusted. I bought a birthday present for my 3 year old nephew, it was despatched on the 11th April and I'm yet to receive it. I have tried calling, leaving voice mail and emailing with no response. This company hide behind Royal mail for their poor service. Taking people's money and not proving them with the goods they have purchased is theft and I will be contacting my bank and trading standards to report them.
