Order reference - 68483/160419/58
Have sent 2 emails to enquire about my item - no response at all. Appalling customer service. It is only a week since I ordered but as their website says that the items will be produced the next working day and then sent first class (as I have paid for), I see no reason why my item wouldn't have reached me yet. Having seen all these poor reviews, I now fear this company is either fraudulent, or at best, hopelessly disorganised. There is no way so many items can get 'in the lost in the post' - it's laughable.
I would still like to receive my item please as I bought it for my niece whose birthday was today (and I had to disappoint - thanks for that) Please respond to my email.
