Shockingly bad experiences of the infrastructure going up that us too big to be in a residential area. The approach of overhead cables everywhere is a big step back in time. I won't purchase 6g because I dont like the huge poles and masts going up everywhere.

Been a customer for 2 years, if I could have closed the contract early without a charge I would have done, 6g people fob me off when I said i was in my cooling off period wasn't having none of it, wanner leave pay the remaining fee and leave, very cheeky unprofessional people. I is paying for the top speeds about £28 ish. Never had the top speeds which i am paying for, when i use to call them it's always same bulls*** story,take that wire out, that wire out, take their mum out, put that wire in, put that wire in, put their mum in. Looks like some problem issue we will make a ticket and get someone to look into the problem. Same old fu**ing Sh**. Many time phone use to go down and still does, If you got elderly parents like mine who depend on that phone 6g network ain't for them. Am sure I can go on and on. My contracted ended Dec 2022. Am still paying for the service, since January 2023 internet not been working properly, Not got time to keep calling them Bottom line don't waste your money and time with 6g network. Zero star if I could.

Really really concerned about the unethical way IX Wireless have erected these masts in residential areas when the government gave £5 billion to develop internet services in areas that were harder to reach. Seems this is not the case and it is a free for all with laws having been relaxed to not requiring planning permission. Many donations from the company to MPs in the past too highlighted by media reports. The company says the communicate with residents beforehand but we never got communication nor our opinion sought and considered in advance and nor did many others. I will never trust this company enough to sign up to services as a result of this and the fact these monstrous masts are a huge step back to old fashioned times but look even worse. I am interested to see how residential areas such as where I live having these masts forced upon us are affected in terms of house prices in the future. We dont want these masts nor this service sorry.

I have had 6g Internet for 12 months now out of a 24 month contract At first it was ok and averaging around 50mbps I am on a contract of 100mbps The last few months have been a nightmare it's loses connection at least 5 or 6 times in a evening and is very very slow on speedtests I am getting less than 3mbps download and 0.75mbps upload it is driving me crazy I would not recommend 6g Internet to anyone and will be leaving as soon as I am able too

Had issues with the broadband after 5 days very slow speeds, tech support saying they will reset the antenna and when it rains the broadband stops completely. Had a friendly man from Clitheroe named Adam install a CCTV setup and I asked him if he knew anything about broadband and he said it maybe poor alignment or miss alignment with with the mast. He said it's common for signal to drop with rain snow and fog but if the antenna is aligned then the drop is minimal over short distances and shouldn't cause much of an issue. I did offer to pay him if he fixed it but he said I need to contact my provider to request someone comes out to fix it.

Well what can I say, the biggest load of rubbish I've had since dial up. Worked well for a couple of weeks and the quickly down hill till the end. I even payed the contract up arly just so I could get away from the buffering. The customer service, all they ever said was its showing your getting the right speed at their end but when I said well I've done a speed check and I'm not even getting a quarter of the speed I should. I've turned it off and on more times than than I've turned my TV off for 2 years and all I get told they go off their speed checker and no other. Even after I paid up the contract they still kept taking money even thou I'd got an email that stated I'd payed up and balance was zero. The customer service are very rude and never ring you back. Such a waste of time, don't waste your money.

Service is always going down, especially at times when I can't contact you, like tonight which is Sunday, if I could leave my contract without penalty I would.

I would have given ratings in negative if options would be their. I was taking for my refund amount since 2 months and I didn't get it back. And the costomer care guy name Omar was so rude and was shouting as if he own us and disconnected conversation. This was done on 9/1/23 around 11:30am. Some senior authority need to listen the recorded call. I am highly disappointed and soon I am going to complain about such behavior and mental harassment.

Absolutely awful company. The customer service team are rude and laugh at you when making a complaint. I have had this Wi-Fi for 2 months and the speeds are awful. I get told I have a virus that I have to deal with as it’s my fault and not there’s. I think this is an excuse for their poor company as I have raised complaints and taken it further.

Worst provider ever. Many complaints made from service started in May this year. No point, they actually don’t care. Every evening speeds go down. Actually complaints were made from the second day of getting connection and can’t get rid of the contract if not paid a huge money

DONT WASTE YOU MONEY!!!! don't waste your money on this Internet iv been with them 2month and there's not been a day when the Internet doesn't go off, ring them every time and they say its because there working on updating the Internet (what for a full 2 months iv been with them -yea ok)they won't knock money of your bill for the down time and they won't let you leave, the customer services attitude when you speak to them is absolutely disgusting....WORST INTERNET COMPANIE IV EVER BEEN WITH..

Please do not even think about using this service.pay a little more on a more established Internet provider.my 6g internet is down so many weekends and as no engineers work at weekends I'm left blank until Monday.useless and never inform or refund for lost downtime.do yourself a favour and look elsewhere!.

I signed up for 6g service and was surprised that they insisted that I agree to a direct debit mandate before they would survey my property to see if the antenna could pick up the signal (apparently it needs to be line of site). Your 6G surveyor who went up on my roof and told me they did not have line of site so they could not proceed and that sales would be in touch to inform me that they would not be able to provide the service. However, I next received an email that said I had cancelled the order which is not true and today 6G deducted £4.99 from my account via the direct debit mandate. I have tried email them (but the email says their email address is not monitored so I would not receive a reply) so that they could refund the £4.99 and confirm it is 6G who are unable to provide the service and not that I had cancelled. Regards,. They subsequently admitted they cancelled the contract and promised to refund the £4.99 (apparently a 'setup fee') not mentioned anywhere on their website. However, after ten days I am still waiting for the refund. I can't believe that overall this organisation has gained over 4 stars after seeing all the negative reviews.

I applied online and was emailed to confirm this. For a week nothing happened so I called and was told that my application was not there. It was restarted via phone and this process took over an hour and several calls. When all should have been done and I waited for the URL to pay and start the service, the email never came. All I received were the generic messages like when I first applied online. With the slow and unresponsive service, I will save myself the headache and look for another ISP.

Been supplied by 6g for nearly 2 years now, it started ok, had a few down time annoyingly at weekend when no one available, but they were normally corrected very quickly on the Monday. However for the past few weeks, the service has been terrible and mostly un usable with speeds as low 4gb per sec, and fluctuating and dropping out all day, even playing a song on alexa is an issue it has and got to the point i have had to have a land line broadband fitted as a back up, i wholly believe this is due to them expanding the network in our area, but should look after the first customers. I would avoid until the network stable, shame as they are onto somthing
