I signed up for 6g service and was surprised that they insisted that I agree to a direct debit mandate before they would survey my property to see if the antenna could pick up the signal (apparently it needs to be line of site).
Your 6G surveyor who went up on my roof and told me they did not have line of site so they could not proceed and that sales would be in touch to inform me that they would not be able to provide the service. However, I next received an email that said I had cancelled the order which is not true and today 6G deducted £4.99 from my account via the direct debit mandate.
I have tried email them (but the email says their email address is not monitored so I would not receive a reply) so that they could refund the £4.99 and confirm it is 6G who are unable to provide the service and not that I had cancelled.

They subsequently admitted they cancelled the contract and promised to refund the £4.99 (apparently a 'setup fee') not mentioned anywhere on their website. However, after ten days I am still waiting for the refund.
I can't believe that overall this organisation has gained over 4 stars after seeing all the negative reviews.
