Speed was only met once. Honestly if you want to cancel contact the ombudsman because their customer service or management won't do anything.

Same here. Signed up at the beginning of October and promised installation before the end of the month. They cancelled two installation dates on the 16th November and again two days before installation which was supposed to be this Friday the 26th November saying that my property couldn't get a reception. Funny that next door had it installed last week!! Unprofessional timewasters but maybe a blessing in disguise reading the horror stories people are have having with these clowns........

All promise - no delivery. Taken a deposit & canx 2 days before installation. Was all for supporting a local business but they don’t seem to want the custom.

The worst broadband ever. Been with 6G Internet for the last 4 months and the speed has been terrible.I'm advised I will get an average speed of 100mbps and when doing a speed test I get speeds of 6.17mbps Further to this when I complain about this I get advised to send multiple screenshots, apparently the issue is resolved for a few days and then same thing again. Half the time theres no point even calling through cos you know what they'll say or ask you to do. If you want perfect guaranteed speed then you pay an additional fee to get this. When wanting to leave a broadband which hinders you to work from home you HAVE to pay the early termination fee, no way out of it! Sorry I couldnt give MINUS 10

You need to send your staff for proper customer service training! The staff in the call center in burnley are very rude disrespectful people! After my experience today I will be going with another company for Wi-Fi

Another weekend without any internet access. No engineers available to fix the issue until Monday. I’ve literally lost count how many weekends and evenings we’re left without access to the internet and told by “technical support” nothing can be done.

Could have killed my family. Their engineer drilled into the gas mains of my house and the only thing stopping a catastrophe was a single screw. 6g refused to accept liability let alone checking to see if everything was now safe or even an apology.

I honestly cant wait until my contract is up. Its always going off and when its working its so slow. Its terrible if all 3 of my children connect. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Good installation team and service seemed OK initially. Now it is offline more than online, I am sick of continually switching the router on and off to reset it in the hope it works. Reasonably fast on the occasions that it is working.

Over the last year, I must have contacted 6ginternet over 10 times! this is unacceptable! Again, I have no internet. I'm connected to my phone hotspot!!! I cannot even translate my frustration! Additionally, your website and your statements to customers are pure lies! You're never on 'my side' and you have locked me in a 2-year contract, yet you do not provide the service!!!!!!!! I want to get out of the contract at no additional fee. If anything you should be paying us for wasted time, and wasted hours of work that has been lost due to poor connection. I have never experienced so many connection losses with anyone else. When it works, it works as promised, unfortunately, that is not often.

Disconnects between 2-15 times a day so have keep turning power off and on. Or and my first bill was £28 after being promised a fixed rate of around £20 for 2 years with no hidden charges... and another thing the router looks like ??? Well google it and laugh away.. stay away!!!

People will knock on your door and will show u this dream of 100mbps and number transfer and all sort. But they are not capable of any thing. Telling customers to contact old suppliers and get this and that information and when you do they come again and ask for more. Totally incapable of supplying 100mbps, i barely got 40mbps and kept disconnecting. Their outer looks like massive spider laying on its back with 8 laged up in the air with 10 extra cables which masses up displays. Dont fall in to this trap. When you try to cancel the will threaten you with early termination charges and debt collector even when customers are within cooling off periods. According to them cooling of period finishes on first day. Stay away and when you get knock on door from 6g kick them hard and save yourself.
