We were extremely impressed with the excellent quality of the flooring and the outstanding customer service provided by Rebecca.
There were some challenges during the delivery process, as we were given two separate delivery dates, but the goods did not arrive. This was due to issues with the third-party courier service, which was unfortunately beyond the company’s direct control. However, Rebecca was sincerely apologetic and took immediate action to resolve the matter. Despite this being an unusual situation for the company, Rebecca took full responsibility, closely monitored the situation, and ensured that the third delivery attempt was successful. They kept us informed throughout the process, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, this company far exceeded expectations when it came to customer service. We are extremely satisfied and give them a 5-star rating. The flooring quality is among the best we've seen on the market.”
