“Great company, pro active with the order which was delivered on time however the delivery was not up to standard, the delivery driver was unable to get the product off the lorry which was parked about 200m from the house, my son had to take the product off the lorry and then hand ball all 22 box’s from the lorry to the house. Please bear in mind that I paid for express delivery @ £60 and if it wasn’t for my son being home I probably wouldn’t have received the delivery.”
“Renovate Direct offers an excellent range of luxury vinyl laminate styles. We went for Nimbus Sky as the panels are large and have a good grip which is important for our pets. The website has some really useful tools to help you see how the flouring will look in your home and a calculator for working out how much flooring you will need to buy.”
“So far I'm happy and impressed with the product. It is thicker and very noticeable in how much noise it cuts with it's underlay. Very easy to install for a DIYer. The downside to my experience is the responsiveness of customer service, their availability and communication. Their 24/7 customer service is a chat bot which hasn't been configured all that well so you end up in an infinite loop that will drive you mad. CS are only available at certain times during the day and take a few days to respond. Delivery is through a third party and they failed to show up on scheduled delivery day and it was a Friday so I was left wondering if it would be delivered Saturday or Monday etc. with all that being said, it is a lovely product that doesn't feel cheap and feels lovely on the foot, waterproof and dampens sound dramatically and of course, looks incredible compared to the orange laminate floorboards previously installed. Hope they fix their CS (being available to customers on their website would do wonders) and third party delivery issues and I'm sure they will be incredibly successful.”
