We have spent the last 18 months having horrific issues on our phone system. They keep telling us it's our fault with our internal infrastructure, yet our employees experience exactly the same problems working from home.
Following a £10k investment on our end to overhaul our internal infrastructure, they are still claiming it has nothing to do with them, and must be our leased line (upgraded to 1GB, with no improvements).
Absolute scam artists.”
