“Used the Hi Hi units for a year and now they are developing faults on a daily basis. 20-min waits to get through to customer service; to be told they will get someone to call us back, simply isn't good enough at these prices. When they work they are decent but now the downtime is crippling and the lack of client support is telling. I cannot recommend”
