“The journey with HiHi started today and it has been a really positive experience. The lads who came were brilliant, they have done phase one of the install with hardly any disruption to the staff here. They were able to answer all of our questions and have done a brief set up/system training session with me. We had an issue with the door access system, which caused some headaches but they have got it all sorted and ready for the final install. Looking forward to using the new access as it means the office is more secure. We are looking forward to the final install and the training so we can finally start using it. Thanks for today Kieren and Dave”

“Absolute disgusting company. Mislead you on everything. I feel sorry for all these companies who have been pressured into giving out 5 stars on first contact.. Wait for the huge price Increases each and every month.. Our calls are 52p a month yet we pay out £600 A month with added on charges we were told nothing about.. Disgusting. Please stay clear.”

“We were very pleased with our engineer David. David arrived on time, smartly dressed in uniform, very polite, professional and friendly. David explained everything very clearly and answered any questions we had. We have had a very good experiance from HiHi altogether.”

“Our existing phone systems have been upgraded to new handsets by Liam. He was extremely professional and courteous of people working in the office. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the new phones. He went through all the new features and made sure we were happy before he left. He is a credit to the 4com team.”

“Gareth Owen (4com response engineer) came to Artco (Leeds) Ltd to sort out problems we were having with all 3 of our phone units. He sorted everything for us in 2 quick visits, he had to come twice because the first time the equipment from head office had not arrived. Before he left he spent approx 20 mins going through things with me. I learnt more in those 20 mins with Gareth than I did in several hours with the sales rep, original engineer & through phone calls with customer services. Regards Artco (Leeds) Ltd Director.”
