“Fantastic System - Recommend This is the Second system that 4Com/HiHi have supplied and the process was fantastic - ordered on Friday and delivered, installed and training provided on Thursday the following week. Customer service is fantastic and engineers are polite and helpful. Telephone system cannot be faulted - delighted we moved across. David Green - Managing Director - Insurance Kind Limited”

“4com installation engineer David Perry was absolutely fantastic, it was far and away the best installation experience we have had as a business! David took the time to look into our existing systems which were out of use and then spent signigifcant time and effort in putting them back in service in order for us to have the very best experience with the HiHi phones. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all of my questions clearly and in plain english. He repsected our premesis. David is a credit to 4com and the HiHi team!”

“Kieren attended our shop on the date agreed, for the first stage of installation. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Everything was set up in good time and the next stages were fully explained. We look forward to a long working relationship with the HiHi and 4com team.”

“We had our upgrade fitted today. Our experience with Tom the engineer today, has been far better than previously experienced. The training has been clear and understanding, helping us to set up our app for our out of office calls. It has been a first class service from him and would like to thank Tom for his knowledgeable service today. Saracen fire protection”
