“Consistently Outstanding... I have been restoring some nice bats recently... from well worn to new- looking, as well as replacing older items of cricket kit. Both have meant dealing with a variety of sports/cricket specialist suppliers.. Overall I was taken aback by the poor customer service; and in a couple of cases unhelpful attitudes & rudeness. At the complete other end of the spectrum has been 3D Sports. For example I was seeking 2 "exact/original grips" for 2 Kookaburra bats I had restored. Without having these in stock, 3D sourced both from Kookaburra on my behalf. This attitude/approach has continued as 3D became my "first choice" - effectively replacing Google!”

“From the outset the service received from Dale and the team at 3D was top draw! The attention to detail was excellent along with the knowledge not only of the products but also the process of grant application, sponsorship logo application and delivery options. Above all 3D and Dale in particular communicated with us every step of the way to ensure we got the right product for our club, in short they have been brilliant!”

“Great service, all item were the quality expected!! Ordered pads, helmet, and kookaburra instinct pro bat 2,8 weight was spot on and bat has good ping, 10 straight grains and a little heart wood on my right edge couldnt have picked a better one if I would have hand picked it myself. delivery time to Sweden 5 working days. Happily recommend 3D sports to anyone wishing to buy cricket gear..”

“I ordered 12 YELLOW cricket balls. They are the only ones my German Shepherd cannot destroy. I received 12 RED cricket balls via DPD. They are harder to find in long grass, so not acceptable. A telephone call resulted in 12 yellow balls arriving on the following day. I also had a return-slip for the unwanted red balls sent by email. I stuck the return slip to the unwanted red ball package, took the package to a local shop which acts as a DPD staging post. The red balls were returned safely to the supplier at no cost to me. I was kept fully informed at all stages as to what was happening, and THAT is what made me happy despite the original hiccup. Thank you for the service. I finished up as a happy bunny.”
