“I ordered about 50 Red Tennis Balls for cricket from 3D sports and I am very happy with their product, price and delivery. The balls themselves were upto the mark and this is the 3rd consecutive time we have chosen them over others for our Tennis Ball Cricket league. The balls are fairly priced and are packaged nicely in individual cases. My order was shipped and delivered within 3 days of ordering. I will come back to 3D sports again for my cricketing needs!”

“Ordered a few items for my little one. Items were of good quality and as described. Sadly one item was a little too big but the customer service department were very helpful and even though it was outside the refund policy, they were understanding and offered me a full refund. As a cricket coach, I deal with a lot of these companies. So far this has been the best of experiences.”

“I placed my faith in ordering a kookaburra ghost pro bat after speaking on phone and being reassured bat will be picked by an experienced cricketer. I emailed my requirements and requested a call back during pick up. Unfortunately, there was complete lack of transparency and communication break down from this point. Instead of call back, I received an email confirming that the bat is with courier headed to me. I made multiple calls, but could not get through to sales or warehouse. The admin took multiple messages and gave standard reassurance. The bat delivered was nowhere near standard kookaburra ghost description. It was heavy and chunky with 40mm edges, instead of the light and balanced option that I had ordered. I tried to get it replaced to be then informed that there was nothing in their stocks to match my need. I am now stuck with a bat, that does not match my need, and no option to rectify. Good lesson learnt!”

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. You're not stuck with the bat at all - simply return it and we will arrange refund. Whilst we try our absolute best to pick out bats to perfectly match our customers requests, cricket bats are a very personal thing. What you deem 'heavy and chunky', someone else may think picks up amazingly. If you're particular with your requirements I suggest you look to pick out bats in person in future, as many of our customers do. If you'd like to bring the bat back in person and look through all the Ghosts we have available, we're more than happy to arrange this.
