“Product good and ultimately it was a quick despatch. BUT as I had no confirmation email or delivery notification I rang to query as it was for my grandsons birthday. Very disappointed to discover subsequently that their telephone number was premium rate- not pleased.”

“Bought a Kookaburra Beast 3.1 bat as a Christmas present and on first use a crack appeared on the edge. Returned bat and was fixed within 10 days and returned to a happy son. Excellent customer service all round. Will use again.”

“Ordered 36 cricket balls...very easy to order via website bit 3D did not seem to receive the note I added to the order not to deliver the balls until February. The balls arrived 2 days after the order while I was away and left on my doorstep...luckily my neighbours picked them up for me. I rang the office but this was closed Sat and Sun. So service delivery options need to be reviewed as cricket equipment is not cheap.”
