“Absolutely brilliant service. I have struggled to find a 2023 Kookaburra pro 3500 wheelie cricket bag for my daughter's Christmas present. It was sold out everywhere. She was resigned to not receiving her present and getting it in the new year. But on 23 December I discovered 3D Sport had them in stock. It was too late to pay for next day delivery so I ordered it anyway and thought it would arrive shortly after Christmas. . Amazingly it was delivered the following morning (Christmas eve). I can not thank you enough for such a brilliant service. The look on my daughter's face on Christmas Day when she received the bag was wonderful. Thank you so much for making her Christmas (and mine!)”

“Delivery was prompt, although brand new batting gloves where stained (obvs been taken out of pack) which is a disappointment as I waited 6/7 weeks for their release - wonder why wasn’t quality checked before sending will think twice before ordering again from here as stock obviously is out away upon return/delivery and not checked”

Thanks for ordering with us and for leaving a review! For clarity we only use DPD for our deliveries, not Evri, who we find to be more reliable but also offer far more in terms of tracking the driver in real time, as well as the one-hour delivery window and multiple pick-up locations to choose from if you're out. Using a premium courier like DPD does come at a higher cost than someone like Evri though. Hopefully that explains the reason for the cost and thanks for shopping with us!
