“Initial telephone enquiry very helpful member of staff. Delivery took 4 attempts! Most annoyingly, when I tried to change the delivery arrangements I was told that parcel could be left by back door at my own risk. Came home to find note of non-delivery because the 3D Sports won't allow delivery without a signature. If I had been made aware of this I would have made different arrangements. Product as described.”

Hi Madeleine, thank you for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear you had problems with DPD, unfortunately you get the odd delivery problem but their text message notification and real-time driver tracking make them probably the best courier from a customers perspective. I'm not sure why DPD have claimed we won't allow delivery without a signature because that's not the case - we're happy for you to have it left in a safe place if you wish however it's at the driver's discretion (if he's concerned by anyone watching nearby for instance) and obviously if you're happy to do so it's at your own risk. I'm glad it finally arrived and you're happy with the order, please let me us know if we can help in future.

“Excellent service, prices amazing, contacted by company as one item out of stock and they offered me an upgrade of the item at the price I had paid. order arrived the next day by courier, was texted to say when delivery would happen. Certainly will use this company again.”

“Excellent service, product and delivery. Instant email for the order confirmation and delivery details and a text on the morning of the delivery with a 1hour delivery slot and they delivered right on time. I have 2 grandchildren playing cricket and I will definitely be using 3D Sports again.”

“Difficult to say at the moment .I have returned the umpires jacket as thete was a tear in the inside of the lining in the sleeve.I have also sent 2 emails to which I have had no reply”
