“the clothing i ordered got to my house”

“Quality is good, but shipping is too awkward and expensive.”

“Having used 304 recently for the first time, my order was to say the least a little messed up, not only did I pay extra for next day delivery and it take a week to come, but it all arrived separately. I also requested to be sent tracking and updates as my order was taking ages to arrive, I did not receive one update. So I contacted 304 and requested an update to which they did respond very quickly to be fair, but my order had been sent back due to being damaged in transit, I had no update for this. Mollie the girl who dealt with my issues was very good and refunded my next day delivery charge, and true to her word I did get my order over the next couple of days. So I’d say the service was acceptable, and would have been poor had Mollie not have provided such good service to rectify the problem and quickly. Just a shame I had experience such untrustworthy service for the first time experience of using 304, and I will most definitely think twice about using 304 again.”

Hi Kirsty I am sorry to hear the issues you encountered with the courier. From time to time we do have an issue where parcels are lost in transit which is unfortunately out of our control. “I ordered two items in their sale and whilst i was happy with the price and delivery, the bottoms arrived and they're not a very good fit. I am 5'8 and a size 8-10 so I got a medium to allow for my height however the top of the joggers is very short and barely covers my pants! Will be returning x”

“Size guide needs to be improved”

“Ordered non RIP jeans and RIP Jean's turned up but with non RIP labels on the item and external bag The hoodie I ordered the online image had a box around the 304 the item that arrived didn't have the box around it. I wouldn't mind but the matching bottoms had the box around so it looked strange to have one with and one without. Looked online at the listing to see if it mentioned item may be different but couldn't see anything. Little things like this let the brand down personally”

“Bought the mystery box for my boyfriend taking a chance on this brand for the first time, get the Foray sage tracksuits which isn’t a colour I’d buy my boyfriend, not happy with the colour plus this tracksuit was on sale...but I do love the two tops, the Phoenix black T-Shirt and the 3 Panel navy T-shirt. Don’t think I’d take a chance again, easier to buy the items separate. Thanks though.”

“I ordered a grey hoodie on a thursday, and didnt get my delivery until the follwing thursday when I had a email saying that it had been dispatched on a saturday. Picture of the hoodie didnt look like the one I recieved. the picture of the hoodie should be detailed.”

“I recently ordered leggings in size S and it said it’s a UK size 8, I usually purchase size 8 leggings here in Ireland but when I got the package the leggings were too big and I think it would be a good idea for you guys to check that out and maybe even consider doing petite range as I’m 5’3 and the leggings were all a bit on the longer leg length size , but I do love love love the brand regardless just wish I had got a better fitting for the pants :)”
