“You seem a straightforward bunch to contact and do business with. We all get heartily sick of pressing endless buttons, being told the conversation might be recorded and that we number n in the queue etc. With yourselves, perhaps because you're smaller? one seems to get less of that and your premiums seem unbeatable, keep it up!”
