“Mike Simpson was very personal and accommodating, he took the time to understand what my business needed and tailored the quote to suit. Price was also a tad cheaper than any other, but it was the level of service and cover he established that won me over. Happy Birthday Mike.”

“I was preparing a glowing review about dealing with Tania at Frist Choice Insurance and then I read the below review of the last customer. I couldn't have put it better myself. I am not someone who marks score cards easily but credit where credit is due. Only things I would add are that Tania also had huge insurance knowledge and had the tenacity to follow through on all the idiosyncrasies in my business to make sure I got EXACTLY what I needed, extremely impressive. See below. Tania was fantastic from start to finish. She is an excellent communicator, diligent and honest. The customer service that she provided made me feel as though I was her only customer, and that her entire focus was on meeting the needs of my company. The service that I have received has boosted my belief in British customer service”
