“Generally very satisfyied with the support, communication and help received by 1st choice. They assisted us in resolving a miscommunication issue with the underwriters promptly. The issue was caused by a number of broker staff leaving and not properly updating our file (understandable to an extent in a Covid environment) but 1st choice apologised and put things right as soon as we explained what had caused the problem. 9SR Technic”
