“I was looking for fleet insurance for my vehicles, In the process I came across many people on the phone from many companies. Joshua was persistent with my enquiry hence we got to tie up the policy that I required. Joshua's persistence was the difference between me purchasing or not . So thank you for the care & attention. “Alex at first choice worked with me all the way through to get my policy sorted. Kept me up to date all way. And explained everything in great detail. With him doing this it has made me realise I can use first choice with everything I need in the future and will be telling people about what great service has been given. Kind regards Tommy”

“I was so stressed as I was pushing my old insurance company to send me my no claims bonus proof so that my insurance with u guys couldn’t elapse. The 2 lovely ladies I spoke to were very helpful and they even went beyond by contacting my former broker for proof, I was so chaffed wish all customer service providers would be like them”
