“Customer service was so friendly and helpful they go the extra mile to get you the best deals. I dealt with Alice who was so helpful and happy from start to finish they are not pushy and they explain everything to detail. I would highly recommend 1st Choice to anyone. 5 star service. Thank you”

“I’ve been insured through 1st Choice since August. Over the last month the underwriter for the Policy,Tradewise, decided that my proven NCB was not good enough for them and tried to contest its validity. I had a few colleagues from 1st choice help me through this issue. None were more helpful than Sarah Tucker, who I firmly believe without her persistence I would now be either without a policy or a massive increase in cost. She acted as an excellent mediator to resolve the problem and could understand my frustration with the whole situation. Although it was very stressful the service I received from 1st choice was 1st class. I however wouldn’t recommend Trade wise and will make sure I am not using any policy underwriten by them next year.”

“I had a quote from Jo Wellings and she was excellent. !st Choice comfortably beat my current courier insurers. I had quotes from 3 other companies and they all failed miserably. Not only was the quote over £150 cheaper, but the excess charges, were also much improved.”

“Well what can I say about 1st Choice Insurance? Firstly, I was greeted by Poppy in the sales team, probably the most pleasant experience I have had whilst setting up insurance as this was a bit alien to me, this was a traders policy, something I haven’t used before. She was so helpful but not just that, we actually had fun whilst conducting a business transaction together, there was no rush to get to the end result which is ultimately getting me to buy a policy. After quoting me happy with the best quote by a mile, I felt I didn’t need to get any other quotes because I had already bought into Poppy. They say people buy from people, I did just that. She’s outstanding on the phone and for this reason I will be doing two things moving forward: 1. Is to always use Poppy and 1st Choice Insurance for my traders policies and 2. Keep recommending them as a company to go to for 1st Class Service with a Smile. Following on from setting up my policy, the confirmation emails, etc have been very informative and easy to understand. A total breath of fresh air. Huge thank you to Poppy and 1st Choice Insurance and no I didn’t get paid for this review, it’s from the heart ❤️”

“Maisie Dodd, answered my call to change my insurance details of address & to change a vehicle onto policy. She dealt with this in a very professional manner, she did everything I needed in a very timely fashion & was very polite the entire phone call.
