“For some reason my package was left not at the address specified but at a neighbours place - no idea why - luckily we where able to retrieve the package from them but no idea why was that done”

“The whisky purchase itself was fine. The delivery however was disgraceful. I was home all day, saw the delivery driver arrive (DPD) he put the £280 signed for whiskey package straight underneath my car and walked off. The package then showed as signed for on the DPD website. It said It was delivery next door to my house and signed for by a person who Is clearly made up and does not live here. This is disgusting and not acceptable. I have attempted to make a complaint direct with DPD myself but there's no proper way to do this, and my request for a callback to discuss has been completely ignored. DPD are a joke and you should not be trusting them with you package deliveries”

“Advertised a miniature that I paid for only to find it was not in stock. Dealt with the issue well and refunded quickly but need to be more accurate with availability on website”

“Overall the selection is incredible, and the shipping was masterful. Sold product (3 stars). What was painful was status updates. The website didn't update me when the product was being prepped for shipping (i had to contact customer support) or that it had shipped. Nor did the website provide tracking #s (i had to contact customer support). This plus the high cost of international shipping (no reall discount for volume shipping - quanity or cost), kept Whisky Kingdom from a solid 5 stars.”
