Order placed based on website information. Instead of item ordered sent a substitute without asking first or stating item out of stock and offering a refund or an alternative. Raised the issue and received sort of an apology and offer to collect the bottle and refund. Explanation is that we are all human and make mistakes- no genuine apology or empathy no offer of compensation and why send out something knowing its not what was ordered ? My advice check very carefully that what you get is exactly what you order. They won't be getting my business again

Delivery prompt, however. On purchasing an expensive bottle of whisky, I find it unacceptable that the box it came in during transit does not have a orientation marking on it. The lack of a “this way up” marking allows the whisky and the cork to be compromised. Ordering many different whiskies from many different websites, this is only company to not have this.

I am not happy, because after I made an order I didn’t receive a confirmation order # and did not send a tracking number. I did not know if my order went thru or not. One good thing is the order arrived faster than I expected.

Paid for gift wrapping which was appalling. If you advertise and charge for this facility you need to deliver a viable product. Also, have a word with your courier. They put a card through the door when I was in the house and dropped of my parcel at a local store. Obviously easier for them.

As customer satisfaction is our only priority and were doing the best we can at our side to make sure every customer small or big receives a 5 star experience that would make them return, with the gift wrapping unfortunately it’s not always possible to achieve perfection and still retain the safety of the bottle during transit, I have instructed our logistics manager to look into this issue to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future again, We have also logged a complaint with our shipping partners to address the issue of lack of patience while delivering although this is out of our control. we have offered you compensation for both the gift wrap and shipping charges with no reply from yourself Looking forward to serve you again soon Do not hesitate to contact us with any further queries
