“Happy with whiskey and price, unfortunately arrived pretty ruffed up. Packaging was fine but contents had been treated badly. Company will check future deliveries and gave partial refund so will be ordering again 🙂.”

“Easy to use website and the order process was excellent. I was really please to be able to find this bottle as I'd been after it for a while. Really well packed. They ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars is the delivery via DPD was shocking left an expensive bottle outside the front door in full view didn't wait for an answer after ringing the door bell just dumped it and left. Didnt do any sort of age verification either luckily i was in! Apart from that excellent experience and would defo re buy from this company.”

“Great selection at good prices. Only issue was delivery courier who didn't knock on door or ring doorbell and just left parcel and 'sorry we missed you' card on doorstep.”

“Your selection is great. Your prices are very good. But your delivery charge is much more than other companies shipping to me from across the pond. It makes it difficult to use your site alot when I am paying over 3 times for the delivery charge. I wish it was lower it would order from your site alot more.”

“Whisky Kingdom themselves seem to be a good company to purchase from, and the product received was genuine. My only complaint is that after paying almost £10 for faster delivery it still took a week to arrive due to issues with the courier - whereas standard delivery at half the cost with a competitor saw me receiving my product the next day. My other (minor) complaint is that I spent £89 on a bottle of bourbon and the box it arrived with was slightly damaged - not what I'd expect from such an expensive bottle.”

“Great service and decent product - may want to make sure the lids are on super tight next time though as there was vapour / a small amount of liquid in both packages. Again, very minor comment but waste-not want-not! haha.”
