The whisky purchase itself was fine. The delivery however was disgraceful. I was home all day, saw the delivery driver arrive (DPD) he put the £280 signed for whiskey package straight underneath my car and walked off. The package then showed as signed for on the DPD website. It said It was delivery next door to my house and signed for by a person who Is clearly made up and does not live here. This is disgusting and not acceptable. I have attempted to make a complaint direct with DPD myself but there's no proper way to do this, and my request for a callback to discuss has been completely ignored. DPD are a joke and you should not be trusting them with you package deliveries
