Saud again with the empty box issue - can’t seem to reply to reviews. Have emailed Jon from your sales team several times with zero reply from my 15th may email . Even included pictures . Can u guys check your spam or send me another email address . Fairly frustrating .

Your delivery courier is a joke. They expect you to stay in all day to accept the delivery. Tried to email them but they say my email is not recognised. I've used this email for years. Always seem to have problems with them. If l had known this was your courier l would not have ordered the bottle. In this day and age surely the courier could give some indication of times. Other well know courier companies do. Now trying to find where they have the delivery.

Dreadful service. Sent the wrong item and ignored my emails. I shall now have to make a claim through my payment service. Avoid!

Still waiting for my delivery because DHL are useless and delivered it to a different house and I can’t get them to tell me where it is

Good Afternoon Amie, we have contacted you directly by email with no response! you placed a order on Friday the 18th on June after our cut off time, we are not supposed to dispatch your order until Tuesday as clearly stated on our website, as customer satisfaction is our priority we dispatched you order on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday instead on Estimated delivery of Thursday (UPS tracking 1Z7X184F6807686424). rather unfair and misguiding to just put untrue reviews

As usual delivery to Northern Ireland causes extra charges and I would like to know what the problem is ???

Dear Angela as explained on the email sent to you, you placed a order for a Laphroaig 10 Year Old - 5cl Miniature (£4.89) and in the delivery details you selected UK Mainland when in fact your address is in Northern Ireland, we sent you a email kindly offering to still send your order with no further charges (although delivery to Northern Ireland costs more) but needed you to confirm that you are aware that there may be further customs and clearance charges applied to your order due to Brexit and totally out of control, you chose to cancel the order and we promptly cancelled and fully refunded your order, customer satisfaction is our only priority and we will always go the extra mile to give the best online shopping experience no matter the size of the order, in this case the reason for your disappointment is out of our hands, id also rate Brexit 1 star ;-) if there's anything else we can do for for you kindly reach out to info@whiskykingdom.com and we will do our best to help you Joe Whisky Kingdom Team
