“Order placed based on website information. Instead of item ordered sent a substitute without asking first or stating item out of stock and offering a refund or an alternative. Raised the issue and received sort of an apology and offer to collect the bottle and refund. Explanation is that we are all human and make mistakes- no genuine apology or empathy no offer of compensation and why send out something knowing its not what was ordered ? My advice check very carefully that what you get is exactly what you order. They won't be getting my business again”

“Highly impressed with my first order, even though the whisky remains unopened atm. The packaging was very robust, the bottle in an inflatable protective jacket, and the empty Auchie box was bubble wrapped and inflated air packaging inside the box. Will definitely be my go to site for further orders”
