“I live in Australia, placed order for elderly in laws November for delivery on the 21 December. Item was left at front door on the 19th, which is wrong delivery date and has now gone missing. Cannot contact this organisation as automated chat doesn’t go anywhere and ticket system says no such order with my email address. Terrible service and no way to follow up. Absolutely terrible.”
