“All hampers arrived as ordered and well packaged. Ordering was straightforward and the free delivery is what won the business. There are just 2 things to note. We ordered 11 hampers and we received 11 notifications from Parcel Force at every stage of the delivery process - dispatch, en-route, anticipated delivery, failed delivery, new delivery times - we must have over 80 messages! Can you not send them in batches? The other thing is that we ordered some of the small "Afternoon Tea" boxes. However, the packaging is actually part of the presentation so they've got a nasty big Parcel Force label on them which can't be removed and it takes away from the appearance. You need to put these in a courier bag or something similar and stick the courier label on that instead. It doesn't apply to the hampers as they have boxes etc inside the packaging.”

“I live in Australia and purchased for the first time a Xmas hamper from 123Hampers. Ordering and paying for the hamper was quick and easy but the standout for me was 123Hampers staying in touch and letting me know where the hamper was at each part of the delivery process. “I booked for a specific date for the hamper to be delivered as it was for a friend's birthday, 4 days after the delivery date and it still hasn't been delivered. Each morning I get an email from them saying the hamper is with the courier and due to be delivered but it hasn't been delivered.No refund as well as no hamper. Don't waste your money (especially on the specific date delivery). Use moonpig or M&S if you want to send someone a nice gift on a special occasion.”
