“Easy to order. Delivery as requested. Customer services excellent, used online chat as I had not received all my tracking details for the hampers I had ordered. Information sent very quickly which allowed me to track deliveries - all arrived safe and sound!”

“I would give zero, but that is not an option! Ordered the next-day delivery - it, apparently, arrived the day after, although the intended recipient has now gone on holiday; so I cannot ask - even though I had to pay £5.99 Next Day Delivery. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!”

“Excellent service. One hamper I ordered this year was misdelivered or perhaps stolen. I called 123 Hampers, and within five minutes they had agreed to send a replacement. They absolutely did the right thing. I will remain a frequent customer of theirs.”
