“Recently had an issue with one of my xmas hamper orders that had unfortunately too many items substituted. Understandably this was due to the order being last minute and some items now being out of stock; however I felt that the number of substitutes changed the overall hamper type. Jamie resolved the issue promptly by replacing the whole hamper for free (albeit now after xmas). Recipient of the gift hamper was happy, I was happy. Great value hampers and prompt customer service. Thanks, will definitely continue purchasing.”

“I order a hamper from Australia for my parents in the UK. Delivery was prompt but there was an issue with the order. “As an overseas order I didn't see the hamper, but the recipient thanked me for present. It did arrive 4 days earlier than requested so luckily the person had returned from holiday. I do understand Christmas is a busy time for your company. Thank you”
