“I am 100% happy with the hamper but Royal Mail let the side down by sending the parcel to Maryport instead of Appleby, thereby receiving it 24 hours later than expected.”

“The procedure for payment is rather difficult. My attempts were frustrated several times over problems with an email address and whether I had used your services before. It took an unnecessarily long time. I nearly gave up but tried Google pay and that works. This seems to be more system friendly than customer friendly”

“when I visited your website I found it very easy to see what was on offer and it was great to be able to quickly navigate with no fuss. to open a new account was simple and one selected the hamper it was easy to pay. Also what was good is the option to purchase more than one Hamper and have it delivered to various addresses and all done on one transaction. I will be back to order for my company next week and possibly for myself.”
