“I have used 123 several times and have never been disappointed. The contents were first class and the presentation was excellent. The notes on the safe disposal of the packaging was a particularly helpful touch.”

“Your side of the process was excellent, BUT there was a problem with the delivery , in that Royal Mail said Fri 10am- 2pm but it was not delivered until Sat, which was disappointing as the birthday was on Fri. Might be worth using a different courier , Royal Mail is not reliable.”

“Great service and quality! Unfortunately the gift arrived a day late but I most definitely put that down to the postal service in the UK during Covid. I was amazed to receive tracking emails from your company to update me within minutes of my request. My friend was delighted with the gift and I’ll definitely be using your services again.
