“I ordered the giant sausage roll as a Valentine gift. It was supposed to arrive on Friday 11 February but did not arrive until Tuesday 15 February. Included was a note saying not to consume if not received on Friday. The telephone number provided just says that the lines are closed. I have emailed multiple times and no response. Dreadful. If I could give zero stars I would.”
