“We are happy with our hamper. Only point that we are not happy with, you say that you use couriers to deliver your hampers and that they deliver 7 days, my one came a day late by my postie a day late, fortunately I had a son at home and got my hamper inside”

“I ordered a Christmas hamper to be delivered yo an elderly lady a week after the order. I had no communication from 123 hampers, so i had no idea of the delivery status and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. It arrived a day after chosen date. An email to say it had been despatched wiuld have been very helpful. Will never use them again, too stressful”

“Arrived on time at My Auntys house in Wales. The lovely lady told her to put it in fridge but not sure it made it to fridge😍😍. My Aunty told me it was so lovely and was really enjoying it. Thank you would definitely use again xx”
