“I was impressed by the care taken to alert me to a mistake in the recipient's postcode and a link provided to the Royal Mail postcode finder. Kayleigh gave this helpful advice and notified me of the revised delivery date of the hamper. So good to have a named rep to thank. All hampers have been safely delivered on the date I chose. I shall use this website again.”

“Found it rather long and complicated making this order! On the other hand we have to be very careful when shopping online so I suppose it's better this way. Hope my order for a family member in Bearsted arrives in time for Christmas!! Happy Christmas to all at 123 Hampers. I'm afraid I can't answer the questions below because I've only just made the order! Buon Natale!”

“The ease of ordering was so simple, no problem at all. They were actually delivered the day before the one I requested but better then than late. As they are for Christmas gifts I can't comment on the contents yet but they will be very welcomed by the recipients, I am sure.”

“Very poor customer service. Poor value for money. Advertised as seagrass hamper with foodstuffs but came in cardboard box with different company name on (sister company?). On contacting refused to send the seagrass hamper I had paid for. Offered £10 refund initially and £10 voucher off next order! Would definitely not order again or recommend to anyone.”
