“Hamper said it would arrive on the 29th December and has not yet been received . There have been no other updates via email and no response to my complaint email as of yet.”

“I ordered a Hamper but unfortunately I entered an incorrect address. I contacted 123 Hampers and it was ordered again and sent out to a very happy friend within 24hrs. Fantastic customer service and fantastic hamper. Many thanks and will definitely order again next year 😀”

“Great service. I ordered a gift hamper in the week before Christmas and it was delivered early the next day, which was super. I didn't have the opportunity to see the hamper so can only hope the contents were as ordered - The recipient certainly seemed very happy with their delivery though :)”

“Got the party hamper for my dad has he live far from me, my dad waited all day for his hamper to arrive and it come a day late, but I will definitely be ordering again, he said the pies were the best he had in a long time and the quiche was amazing, he loved what he got and was planning on what to have next. And I was happy to know he was eating has he not been eating much since mum passed.”

“It appears the hamper was well received by my unwell friend in the UK! She wrote how surprised and elated she was to receive it and it made her feel very happy as she has been so unwell…it lifted her spirits! So many thanks to 123 Hampers!”

“Ordered 3 hampers for my son in London…from Australia..was so easy and all delivered on time One was delivered on Christmas Eve he was thrilled the second delivered in time for New Years Eve And the Third will came in January…. He loved the smoked cheddar! I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use again…..”
