“The ordering experience was great, my Nan was really pleased with everything she got. I only took a star away because it was delivered much earlier than I had initially requested but that’s better than being late!”

“Awful customer service, I had to contact you when my hamper wasn’t delivered & was told you had stopped delivery for no apparent reason. I then had to chase you again for a tracking link to try & ascertain when it would be delivered. At no point was an apology offered. Would never use again or recommend.”
