“Appalling company to deal with. Website totally misleading with who will deliver the hamper. They are beyond belief that in the in middle of Royal Mail strikes they sent a £130 hamper with Royal Mail that did not then arrive in time !! This was sent on a strike day when it could NEVER arrive on time for a named day delivery! Called to question it when email came through to say it was Royal Mail and the rudest customer service person I have ever spoken to was so dismissive it was amazing how they could be so rude and remain in a job unless they were one of the directors or owners. Their dismissive reply was - read the terms and conditions. We’ve sent it - if the third party delivery people didn’t get it there then it’s not their problem. Appalling company to deal with. Next time I’ll buy one from a reputable company like John Lewis or Marks and Spencer. Also Amazon have a brilliant range of hampers, which I ordered one of on the same day and it arrived the next day. Also be careful of the honesty of other reviews on here as they send an email asking if you are happy with your order - click yes and you get to fill in this review page. Click no and it goes to a feedback form for them to ignore. Therefore ONLY people that click they are happy get the chance to leave a review - unless you did as I did and clicked yes and then told the truth about my experience.”

“Easy to use received my confirmation email, however did not receive an email telling me it was delivered. Heard from the recipient. Not sure what happened on that one. Recipient very happy with the basket”
