“The Travertine store were very accommodating in my search to match pre existing tiles from 2006 They have a considerable selection of variations to choose from so I ordered 6 samples. I managed to find a good match and was able to order 4 tiles I opted to collect from Bicker Lincolnshire rather than pay the £77.00 haulage costs. 80 minutes each way was no hassle!”

“Although these tiles were delivered over a week ago we’ve opened them up and started using today. Have to say that the care and attention to packaging is absolutely outstanding. Travertine tiles, notoriously prone to chipping and breakages, are perfectly sound thanks to the care taken with shipping. We knew what we were getting as we’ve used Travertine before but to have no damage whatsoever is something I didn’t expect. Mightily impressed.”

“Customer service were fantastic at answering all my daft questions! They happily delayed the delivery of my order to a date that suited me (within reason) and, overall, nothing was too much trouble. I have not received the fulkl delivery as yet and can com,ment on that later but, to this point, the sample quality was first class, the service has matched that level. Thank you”
